Scenic cliff beaches where people are sipping yerba mate infront of stunning sunsets, and a rustic and pristine surf vibe. In the seaside town of Chapadmalal south of Mar del Plata, you find Bai Bai surf house and cowork. Located in front of the cliffs of the Luna Roja surf beach.
The perfect place for relaxing, surfing, enjoying healthy delicious meals and getting work done. From the garden of the house, which begins with a skate ramp and ends with a fire pit among the trees, you'll have views of the sea and the cliffs.
Bai Bai does not only host remote workers in their surf house but also organizes amazing surf trips to some of the best surf locations around the world. This is the surf house where it all started.

At Bai Bai we're defined by art, surfing, sea, yoga, cooking, open fires, music, skateboarding, literature, permaculture, games and experiences. Join us to live the magic of the countryside and sea.
Some of the crew around usually start the day by walking across the beach to catch a few of the waves that Luna Roja gives. While others get into a few sun salutations or just enjoy a slow and delicious breakie before diving into their workday.
The rest of the day usually continues at a relaxed pace; surf lessons, yoga, and guitar jamming by the open fire, are a part of the things that happen after work hours.
Whenever you feel like taking a break from your work schedule, there are also chillout hammocks, good books, yoga mats, a skate ramp, slackline, Nitro surfskates and bikes available.

Our surf house has plenty of spots where you can set up your workstation for the day. Have a relaxing workday in the living room, or if the weather allows, find an even more chill spot out in the garden. Surrounded by plants and birds.
However, for the perfect place to work, our cafe in front of the house is your best bet. Comfortable AC if it's hot outside or comforting heating when the chillier season starts to kick in. Always with an amazing ocean view and a great menu.

The Surf near Chapadmalal, Argentina
Just in front of the house you have the Luna Roja surf break, a consistent left-hander next to a beautiful beach. To mention a few of the other breaks around; there is also the Paradise Pointbreak which offers long and hollow rights. And Las Cuevas, which includes a left reef break, a nice but shallow right and good beach break peaks in between.
If you're looking for big clean waves the best time to be here is during the Argentinian winter.
If you on the other hand are a beginner or feel like brushing up your skills a bit. No worries we're offering both group and individual classes. Board rental is also available on the property.
