Coliving with us in
We are a group of coliving & coworking spaces located on Gran Canaria, the heart of the surf paradise that is the canary islands. Choose between one of our three coliving locations in Las Palmas. All a walking distance from Las Canteras - one of the best urban beaches of Europe, and the popular surf breaks of "La Cicer" and "Muellitos":
The Mozart House - If you choose any of the rooms below, you will stay in this beautiful coliving. An amazing villa with 8 bedrooms and a beautiful garden, outdoor patio, and great rooftop.
Casa Nova - A unique 8 rooms villa with lots of balconies and a great outside lounge area. Located in Ciudad Jardín, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
The Artisans - A three-bedroom villa and a one-bedroom apartment that share a makerspace and a beautiful outdoor patio.
Besides the above, we also have El Cabo Coliving, located in the authentic fishing village of Agaete.
Regardless of which coliving you stay at you will also have 24/7 access to our coworking office; the meeting point for the remote working community in the Canary Islands.
Our remote working community
Together with our coworkers and colivers we organize lots of events and meetups to facilitate this and to have a great time. Barbecues, movie-nights, hikes, yoga lessons and surf sessions are some of our favorites. All the time in the bubble of warm sunny weather that Gran Canaria is famous for.
On top of these local events we also organize online events and even an annual remote work focused conference.

Would highly recommend for those looking to work remotely in Gran Canaria and want a sense of community with fellow remote workers! Upon arrival you are immediately welcomed into the the repeople community (not only with your flatmates but also with the other co-livers who reside at the three other co-living spaces that are nearby)! It’s a great way to connect with other digital nomads, discover what this island has to offer all while working in the comfort and luxury of Mozart house! Not to mention, the neighbourhood of ciudad jardín is super peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect work environment plus the city centre is within walking distance as well as the two beaches Alcaravaneras and Las Canteras!

This little house is just like a castle. Well taken care of, stylish and you will feel like home immediately. My room was so spacious and with its own balcony and bathroom. Repeople are very friendly, especially Dora, Nacho and Ariana. They help you with everything you need!
