We started this project because of the love of the waves and the search for freedom of time. Tired of the on-site work we left life in the cities to live on the beach. Remote work improves people's quality of life, giving them freedom of time and place. Casaola Mizata has been operating since February 25, 2022, and was a dream of 4 friends who have lived the mutation from face-to-face to remote work. We dream of continuing to grow hand in hand with this community.

Coliving with us in El Tunco

We started Casaola to offer an experience that goes beyond just a physical space, driven by our fascination with the ocean and its waters. Our goal is to share our admiration for nature, enjoy the outdoors, and experience the adventures this land offers. We invite you to join us on this journey.

Casaola is unique because it is located in Mizata, El Salvador, a true surfer's paradise with waves for all levels year-round, earning it the nickname "the Indonesia of Central America." Our property is surrounded by tropical jungle and a long beach with sand, stones, and Caribbean palms. You can enjoy three different surf spots, a place for swimming and sunbathing, and the beauty of both sunrises and sunsets. Additionally, you might even witness turtle nests as they come to lay their eggs annually on this beautiful beach.

Our vision is to share our love for the ocean and the outdoors with our guests. We aim to create a space where people can connect with nature, experience thrilling adventures, and find peace and relaxation.

We chose this property in Mizata because it offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, adventure, and tranquility. The proximity to the international airport, just 1.5 hours away, makes it easily accessible, while its remote setting provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle.

Casaola features a beachfront restaurant where you can enjoy delicious meals. There are also other fun activities to do, including surf lessons and board rentals, a stretching area, and a coworking space with air conditioning.

A typical day at Casaola might start with a sunrise surf session, followed by a hearty breakfast at our restaurant. Guests can spend their day working on the aircon co-work, swimming, surfing, sunbathing, or exploring the tropical surroundings. There are also opportunities for stretching and relaxation. As the day winds down, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset and perhaps witness turtles nesting on the beach, ending the day with a delicious dinner and a peaceful night by the ocean.
