We are a group of coliving & coworking spaces located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria​, the heart of the surf paradise that is the canary islands. Choose between one of our three coliving locations. All a walking distance from Las Canteras - one of the best urban beaches of Europe,​ and the popular surf breaks of "La Cicer" and "Muellitos":

The Mansion - If you choose any of the rooms below you will stay at the Mansion. An exclusive mansion with 7 ensuite bedrooms and a great outdoor area & garden. The Mansion is a unique property in the best neighborhood in town, quiet but central. Featuring 7 Rooms with private bathrooms, 3 Floors, a fully equipped kitchen, a work area, a Rooftop terrace, outdoor area and barbeque.

The Mozart House - An amazing villa with 8 bedrooms and a beautiful garden, outdoor patio and great rooftop.​

Casa Nova - A unique 8 rooms villa with lots of balconies and a great outside lounge area. Located in Ciudad Jardín, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria..

The Artisans - A three-bedroom villa and a one-bedroom apartment that share a makerspace and a beautiful outdoor patio.

Regardless of which coliving you stay at you will also have 24/7 access to our coworking office; the meeting point for the remote working community in the Canary Islands.

Our colivings include high speed internet and workspace​. If you feel like leaving the house for work​,​ you can also join us at our coworking space 24​/​7. The coworking space offers comfortable chairs, 600 mbps fiber-optic connectivity, meeting rooms, air conditioning, a kitchen and all the other things that will allow you to hammer out work, when you're not out in the blue Atlantic.

Gran Canaria has lots of excellent surf spots around the whole Island. The north part of the island where Las Palmas is located is particularly exposed to the raw Atlantic and thus picks up the most swell. This makes Las Palmas a surf city with some legendary surf brakes. Las palmas is also known as a 15 min city, meaning you can pretty much get anywhere within 15 minutes, including lots of great surf spots.

To mention a few spots, you have the world class wave of El Confital; fast, hollow and barreling. And the beginner friendly La Cicer, with lots of white wash to practice popups and surf schools for beginners who need some pointers.
