Welcome to our coliving, coworking community. Nestled in a beautiful barranco, overlooking the ocean and surrounded by nature, we’ve created a space designed for digital nomads and remote workers. With 2 surf instructors in house, we can help organise lessons or share our local knowledge on where and when to surf.

Coliving with us in Tenerife

Amazing coliving vibes in Tenerife
yoga with a view
In between the ocean and the mountains, the palm trees and the fruit trees, located in a friendly local neighborhood on the Northeastern coast of Tenerife, you find Maraya Coliving. Consisting of a house specifically renovated and designed as a coliving and coworking, outside areas that include yoga and workout space, ping pong table, roof terrace, outdoor cinema and a huge swimming pool.

At first Maraya was just a shared dream between 5 friends. A dream to create a place where you have everything you need to work remotely and enjoy life to the fullest. Looking at what Maraya is today, after lots of hard but fun and rewarding work, the dream really came into reality.

Coworking, coliving, community and surfing, Maraya really embodies everything that coworksurf is about.

Our remote working community

Healthy vegetarian-friendly dinners Monday to Wednesday included in your stay, family-style dinners on Sundays, Maraya community slack channels, daily yoga on our roof terrace, meet-ups with other colivings and digital nomads, lots of different games like darts, ping pong and board games, capoeira classes and coach work-outs.

All the amazing facilities apart, at Maraya we really believe that community is the reason why you choose to stay in a coliving. Here we strive to create a family experience where you can connect with your surroundings, connect with everyone else who's here, and connect with yourself.

Our Coworking Space

In Maraya our main office space is called aquarium. It's bright and spacious with comfy chairs and enjoys a 270 degrees view from the mountains to the ocean. However, since we feel like different work moods and different projects should have different work settings, we also created lots of other cool spaces where you can get your work done. All of them with 200 mbps.

On top of the above, we are also currently constructing our second workspace. An outside office building where you will be able to connect to nature at the same time as you are getting those deadlines done.

All our private rooms of course also come with a chair and desk, for when you need some private call time.

The Surf near Tenerife, Spain

They say that the surfing in Tenerife can be divided into two different regions: The north offering less crowds and at times a bit gnarlier waves since it's more exposed to the swells coming from the north. The south being more protected, is a bit more crowded and offers more beginner friendly spots.

At Maraya since we are on the east coast we are kind of in between the two different regions, the best of both worlds so to speak. The most popular surfing beaches are around 30min drive either north or south, closer to the house (10-20 minutes) we have a few lesser known spots for either beginners or more advanced surfers.

If you need some pointers we also have two in house surf instructors.

Really cool people, totally relaxed atmosphere and great views! There is a pool, yoga classes and other great activities and the location is beautiful - right between the mountains and the sea! The work areas are great too! We had a lot of fun and will be back! Thank you for everything!

When I arrived I instantly wanted to stay longer! It is such a nice and relaxed place where you instantly feel relaxed. The perfect place to combine remote working with a holiday feeling. The office with ocean view is amazing and every room has it's own desk. The daily breakfast and dinners are absolutely delicious, it doesn't get better than this.

It's the best and most open-hearted, loving place in whole Tenerife. The facilities are way above standard and the team is supernice. Yoga, breakfast & dinner, a rooftop terrace, pool, poolhouse = kitchen and socialising space, hammocks, chillout area, instruments for jam sessions, Mayo the family cat... Life is beautiful ❤️
