Amazing team of surf coaches to assist surfers of all levels. Our lessons start off on the hotel where you’ll learn the basics and then we hit the waves at Playa Encuentro. The surf instructors will provide the surf board rental, surf leash, and water shoes for the lesson. Playa Encuentro is perfect for all levels and is the best and most consistent surf spot in the Dominican Republic.
Coco Pipe – the Dominican pipeline - Powerful and hollow reef break, favors high tide and N & NW swell. Starts working at 3-4 foot and holds big swells. Great powerful wave on good swell. Works left and right, but better and longer on a right. Watch out shallow reef on lower tides. Suitable for: advanced, experts.
La Derecha (The Right) - The north coast’s most consistent spot. Two peaks outside & inside with lots of waves. Similar to a small point break. Good at smaller waves but can handle bigger sizes. Connect the inside section to make it to the shore. Suitable for: all surfers.
La Izquierda (The Left)- A hallow barrelling, performance reef break. Two sections that usually connect make this a fairly long wave and are also very consistent. It breaks in all swell directions but is best on an NW & N swell. Big swells constantly change the ocean floor, filling it with sand or draining it. Suitable For: Advanced Surfers.
Destroyer - Powerful left-hand break with a shallow sharp reef. On a North or North-East swell, this wave guarantees a glorious ride or a tumble through the washing machine. The wave continues until it hits a deep channel, losing most of its power. On big days, waves will break and continue through the channel. Suitable For: Experts

How to get here

You can describe the nearest airport, and how to get from the airport to your place. Busses, trains, taxi's, how much it should cost. What taxi apps work. If you can come pick them up. People also love to know how to get around in town. Is it walkable? Can you rent cars and scooters? Per month? How much?
