We have two gorgeous properties (yes, home) with amazing working spaces, but our real value lies in bringing together like-minded people to share experiences, laughter, thoughts and food with while pursuing your own (pipe)dreams. Our Coworking Space

This enclosed glass workspace overlooks the pool and brings together functionality and aesthetics. We realize the importance of having an optimized office space that stimulates creativity, so we poured a lot of thought and love into creating this space. We believe it stimulates blue sky thinking and problem solving to the maximus!

The living room can be used as further workspace with a huge comf sofa and table for additional breakout space. Feel free to stick some background entertainment on our huge TV (which could also be used for presentations).

Hit a wall? Why not take a break and jump in the pool? Come back to your work refreshed, revitalised and ready to tackle anything.

The Surf near Peniche, Portugal

Peniche is perfect for an amazing year-round surfing experience, and you’ll find no shortage of beach breaks, reefs, sandbars, point-breaks and mixed spots. No equipment? No problem, we can rent it to you for very affordable prices. Often we will go surfing together in one or two vehicles and will provide free lifts on a first come first served basis when we do (others can meet us at the beach on foot or bike so no one keen is left out).

We're located a 10 to 15-minute walk to the nearest beach, 20-25 min walk from the main Baleal beaches of Peniche which caters to all swell directions, tides and wind. Coliving here in Peniche, Portugal is ideal if you're into surfing or just learning.

Take on the famous 'supertubos' on a big swell, enjoy the white water at Baleal or just investigate some quieter peaks close to the property in Ferrel. All conditions are catered for here. A rental car is useful to get the most out of everything, including day trips to Ericeira or Lisbon but Baleal, Lagide and the local spots are all walkable.

For lessons we are partnered with Lagido surf house a high-quality surf school and we can arrange private or small group classes for you. The school is co-run by good friend Guiherme Salvador who will make sure you get the best tuition as well as having an excellent time in the water.

I had the best time at Pipe! The location was great, small village where you can encounter with the locals and the nature, yet it’s really close to the beach, great surf locations, bars and cafes. One of the best parts of my stay was the feeling of community at Pipe - we would cook together, go for walks, yoga, play board games, surf, have drinks, dinners etc. The hosts at Pipe are super welcoming! This was my first time working in a coliving place and definitely not the last! I’ll be back! 😊

Pipedream is the perfect place to work remotely and surf!! Paul and the team have created an amazing atmosphere that feels like a home. There is excellent internet and good vibes! Everyone I met here was open minded and great fun to go surfing with or just hang out with when not working, I learnt a lot and made some great friends. Initially I booked for just 2 weeks but ended up staying for 2.5 months, and for sure I'll be back next year! Keep the (pipe) dream alive! :D

How to get here

We're located in Ferrel, Peniche. It's a 1 hour and 1-minute drive from Lisbon airport, which makes it an easy place to reach for bigger groups and teams as well. A rental car is useful to get the most out of everything, including day trips to Ericeira or Lisbon, but Baleal, Lagide and the local spots are all walkable.
