Known as the island of volcanoes, Lanzarote is a magical place. With crystal clear water, volcanic landscape, paradise beaches, and eternal warm spring, the island is declared a UNESCO biosphere reserve.

Here, located in Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote, in the charming and vibrant neighborhood of El Charco de San Ginés, you find Pitaya Coliving. The first coliving on the island of Lanzarote.

Decorated in a bohemian and soulful style always with coziness in mind, we have a total of 6 rooms. The perfect amount to create a cozy family type of coliving atmosphere, that will make you feel instantly at home.

Our remote working community

Join us for some coliving and coworking and you will not only become a part of the cozy community in the coliving itself, but also of the whole Pitaya community. The biggest and most active community of remote workers in Lanzarote.

Taking part in our various activities, you will be able to immerse yourself in the traditions and culture of Lanzarote. At the same time as you get to know the other remote workers around.

Every other month we are also hosting the Pitaya Festival. An event that was born to connect communities through gastronomy, wellbeing, Canarian art, and live music.

The Surf near Lanzarote, Spain

Lanzarote and the canary islands is known as the Hawaii of Europe. Regardless of your level, there is a break for you. A 25-minute drive from the coliving you have the amazing beginner-friendly beach of Famara with its beautiful mountain backdrop. This is a beach break with lots of punchy waves and peaks. There are also several schools and rentals around here.

For more advanced surfers, Lanzarote really has a vast array of breaks. To mention one of many, a 30 min car ride from the coliving you have the legendary and at times heavy reef-break La Santa.

I had an amazing month at the Pitaya Co-living. Everyone was very nice and friendly and Laura is really good at managing the house, you'll never miss a single thing. The house is really close to everything, from supermarkets to gyms, barber shops and anything you need. The co-working space is really nice, fast internet and all the space you need. Strongly suggested if you're looking for a good vibe and amazing times!

What can I say… this place is absolutely amazing! The accommodation, the people, fast wifi and working space, and Laura! You have everything you need to feel at home here and meet friends for a lifetime. The working space is zen, the yoga on Wednesdays is great, Laura’s Tuesday morning breakfast and this area of Arrecife is perfect. Lanzarote and Pitaya Coliving will always share a special place in my heart!
