Villa Lake and Sea

Three years ago, my wife Charlotte and I wanted to spend more time with our family and our 4 kids. We bought an old restaurant, and have rearranged and renovated it into 6 Premium apartments. We have paid particular attention to interior design, and made sure to add Hossegor's surf spirit with our own surf prints.

We're turning two of our houses into the ultimate coliving spaces for remote workers! We hope this can be the start of our own little digital nomad village in France. Maybe next year, we can open all 6 of the houses to host remote workers.

Our rooms are modern and spacious. With 50 Mbps Wifi, 5 minutes walk to the surf, a 1-minute walk to the lake, and 10 minutes to downtown Hossegor, we are excited to create our coliving community.

Apart from world-class surf, there are a tonne of activities to do in Hossegor's protected nature, so you're always sure to get the most out of your work breaks.

You will share the house with three other remote workers.

In Hossegor , All is about Surf , more than world class surf spot and all the school and surf industry , We will find tons of activities to do do and share around, , from doing SUP on the lake , Kitesurfing or golfing , the Exceptionnal preserved landcape will offer you some nices excapes while walking or biking on giant beaches and forest

At the moment, you can get your work done in the living room, and at the table outside on the terrace. Each private room has its own desks, so you'll be sure to have a quiet space for calls, or focused work hours in your room.

As we are currently making our house work-friendly, we are buying the desks for in the private rooms. The three photos added here are a moodboard of what you can your room's desk expect to be like!

We have 4G wifi in the house with speeds of 50 Mbps - the fastest you can get in Hossegor.

If you're looking to surf and work in France; welcome home!

The surf in Hossegor is some of the best in Europe, and certainly offers some of the best surf of France. We are located just a 5-minute walk away from the beach.

Hossegor is known for its long beaches, consistent swell, and relatively warm water. It's a popular surf spot; the WSL hosts their annual surf contest close to our house, and Billabong operated its global headquarters here.

Hossegor offers waves for both beginner and advanced surfers. Summer offers good surf, but the best months to surf in Hossegor are September to April. The swells are strong, consistent, and you will likely catch a good wave on any day. The surf can get heavy and barreling, perfect for more advanced surfers. If you're a beginner, it's best to book your surf lessons and go out with an instructor.
